With almost 30 years experience in the health and wellness industry, Buffy brings an abundance of knowledge and skill to each of her clients unique case.

She has dedicated herself to increasing her proficiency in helping clients from midlife and beyond achieve their fitness goals.

Over the last 8 years, all of her continuing education work has been centered on becoming an expert in working with older adults. In that time she earned two advanced certifications; Senior Fitness Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Clients come to Buffy seeking help with many concerns and conditions including: preparing for or recovering from surgery for orthopedic repairs or joint replacements and spinal surgeries, balance improvement, safe exercise techniques for those with neuropathy, weight management, pre-diabetes, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, age related muscle loss and weakness, bone density, learning proper form and training techniques to manage a specific chronic pain or condition, making sense of nutrition, etc.

Buffy believes in a positive and caring approach. Her warm and supportive demeanour will help you feel capable and comfortable. She will help you progress safely as you gain skill and strength. She enjoys empowering her clients with knowledge so they understand the “why” and the “how” of each individualized plan.
